非常糟糕的体验，感觉上面那些好评是他们自己写的。接待客户冷淡，对基本的业务解释不清楚，怀疑是不是老板没有给他们发工资。

Highly recommended! I was impressed with the proficiency of the agent I talked to. Her knowledge regarding to Canadian immigration laws & policies was really something. Also they seem to have drop-in session, at least it works in my case (did not book appointment or whatsoever lol). The stuffs are generally friendly and nice.
