Although they aren't the best english speaking bunch (not that I'm the best in spoken Chinese), I was able to get through to them simply by using Google Translate. And I got exactly what I wanted. They deserve some kindness too

Absolutely horrid experience. No matter how many times i try to explain something as small as “Not too hard”, they can’t understand english and they get mad at me for trying to explain how I want the massage. Since i asked for a dry massage, I was trying to tell her not to “slide” the massaging tool across my back because it was pinching and hurting me instead i said just to press downward. Worst massage experience ever! The staff is not professional at all. She kept talking to other staff when working, and she didn’t remember the procedure at all! She did the left and right part of my body in different ways and forgot to massage my left hand and right shoulder, because she didn’t take it seriously. After I complained to her, she started to work seriously.
