We honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Helen and Maple Health & Wellness! ❤️ My husband and my 7-year-old daughter are regular clients of Helen, and they absolutely love her. This review is not about the doctor’s qualifications, but specifically about the customer service. My mother needed acupuncture treatment, but the earliest appointment was almost 2.5 weeks away because the doctor was on vacation. Since she needed help sooner, we found another doctor and I called to cancel the appointment. My family and I have been using this location about a year. Very helpful with punctual customer service with good availabilities. Eric is very knowledgeable and understands the issues quite well and can actually help with different issues. We’re pretty happy with their services.
Dr Eric is very knowledgeable and helped me very much with my low back and shoulder pain. I will continue to go to him whenever anything goes wrong .
