Wish I could give zero stars and I never lived here. Horrible office staff and practices. Claimed my admin fee got returned even though the money was in my account the whole process time and when I withdraw my application they sent me a bill for first $200 for application fees that were doubled also I already paid/taken out of my bank account. Then when I called to dispute told me it was just $50 for a return check fee for the admin fee that they never tried to take out of my account. I told that I have my bank statements pr... read more
My washer still is not fixed he flipped the breaker and left me the entire weekend with no washer we had to literally buy clothes for the weekend….I told him the agitator wasn’t working and the breaker needed flipped and he flipped the breaker n told me to see if it worked and have a great day…

The Maintenance Supervisor, Charle is absolutely amazing! He’s professional, personable, and always gets the job done! Anytime I’ve had a maintenance concern, he’s always been able to help me.
Quiet and professionally managed property. I believe the townhomes are a great value for your money. I like the built-in front door camera and security system that allows you to also control climate. Being able to pay rent and send messages online is very convenient. Also excellent location! Five minutes to Hy-Vee and Walmart and in a great school district.
