Employees will lock the restrooms so they don't have to clean them. The employees and the owners don't understand that it is against the Tennessee Health Department to lock restrooms or not give access to the public in a public business. A formal complaint to the Health department will be made. Here are the laws pertaining to it, Tennessee Code Title 68. Health, Safety and Environmental Protection § 68-15-303 “Restroom Access Act.”
Cashier was hacking and coughing while her mask was halfway on her face and she was spinning in the chair like a child would when I walked in. As I approached the counter she stated, loud enough for everyone to hear, that she felt sick. When I took a step back, she proceeded to get an attitude with me as she almost fell out of the chair. She claimed everyone was couching but when I challenged the statement she decided to refuse service... Absolutely rude and filthy!
