Just wanted to give Miss Kennedy a shout out for being an amazing employee. Always smiling and putting smiles on everyone else's face. Customer service goes a long way and she is on point!
Kennedy is one of the best workers at the mapco matter of fact one of my favorite workers.
Kennedy did an amazing job even though the store was extremely busy. She stayed calm, friendly, and professional while handling a steady line of customers, making sure everyone was taken care of quickly and accurately. She never seemed rushed or overwhelmed and still took the time to be kind and welcoming. That level of customer service during a busy shift really stands out. MAPCO is lucky to have someone like Kennedy
I just wanted to say that Kennedy went absolutely above and beyond to help my grandmother. She’s confined to a wheelchair and she was struggling to enter the store and she went out of her way to help her inside AND went around the store to help her shop. I can not even begin to describe how helpful she was and how much she is appreciated. She is a national treasure and deserves the best.
The woman who is currently working the register lately is always be on her phone and cussing about everything.
