I came here after finding them online, and I dealt with Rick, who was very knowledgeable about the diff brands and more than willing to give me all the time I needed (in fact, he even stayed 20 minutes after their closing time to chat with me after the purchase). I had such a smooth experience at MAP, from the moment I walked in until I walked out with my Sayl office chair within the hour. I was greeted by a wonderful person who knew everything I was asking. The professionalism is awesome, I brought up a certain office chair I was thinking about but tried it and didn’t feel it fit my frame. So he recommended the Sayl Herman Miller chair based on my requirements and he was exactly right. I’m really happy with the knowledge, care, and efficiency! Will definitely return! Thanks so much!
