If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been a nightmare with Manzo and Associates. Zero Communication. My file did not close when it was supposed to and they never let me know why I had to call them and then they argued with me over the phone instead of just taking responsibility and apologizing and explaining what happened they got very defensive and started getting mad at me the seller steer clear of this place
