After waiting for over an hour to see Doctor Sloan I was rushed out of the office without the procedure being done. Amber (nurse/MA) was very rude when trying to reschedule for another time. Amber just walked away while in was still talking and never rescheduled the procedure. This clinic was the worst clinic I have ever been to. Staff was rude and did not give any information to delays.

Guess if your lucky enough to get past the staff and actually get the appointment for the procedure that Dr. ordered maybe I would have a review of the Dr. Very incompetent staff - called numerour times to get procedure scheduled and never got a return call. Gave up after 6 weeks. Receptionist actually hung up on me when pushed for a call back. Cannot believe there were positive reviews of this practice.
Dr. Sloan and Lisa lead an amazing, caring and extremely competent PRP team in Albuquerque. They were the only PRP/stem cell clinic run by an actual Medical Doctor that I found in northern New Mexico and also happen to be the only clinic that had sophisticated enough imaging equipment for injections around the spine.
The staff is like family to me . Each and everyone of them . From the receptionist to the blood draw to the PRP injection , I felt supported and comfortable the whole time. My knee feels amazing since the treatment . I will always send the people I know with joint issues down to see Dr. Sloan . Thank you all so much !
