This place is awesome - was on the way to a field site, saw a guy cooking different meats over open flame right next to the intersection and decided we had to stop in and try it. The tri-tip sandwich is incredible! This place is a gem - swing by, but don’t blink or you’ll miss it!

Small little place in Gridley, CA. The first time I passed thru here was back in 2021. I was doing instacart delivery, and I smelled the smoke from the smoker they had outside, and me loving BBQ, I turned around and headed back to the store. Went in and asked what type of food they were selling, and was told the tri-tip sandwich, smoked chicken, ribs, and sausage sandwiches.
