Wow what an amazing experience I had on the Bali retreat from the accommodation to the Balinese food served up at every meal at Mimpi Resort. I cannot express how this retreat has made me feel. I will be definitely go on another retreat with Manyia. Do yourself a favour and go we all deserve it.

I booked this retreat after one class with Manyia in Airlie Beach when I passing through on my travels! And I feel like it was meant to be! I expected to just be doing daily yoga but there was so much more involved! The retreat included different yoga sessions, like Bikram and Yin, plus healthy and tasty food every day, a snorkelling trip, a sunrise boat ride and yoga by the beach, a Tibetan sound bowl session, and two healing sessions with a wonderful Balinese healer.
