I was treated disrespectfully at this office by Joanne Puma. Evey time I asked a question I was made to feel foolish. She had to call someone over 3 times to check her entries & I found out I didn’t even have to file a return after my questioning. I left to buy a gift card as a token of my appreciation because she did spend 15 minutes with me and as I walked back in to bring it to her , I heard her & another employee talking about me! Unbelievably rude & discourteous.
