Manulife. A shining beacon of inefficiency. If there were a zero-star option, I’d lobby for negative stars — just to do this masterpiece of corporate indifference justice. HORRIBLE! I've been trying to get my claim processed for over 2 months. Every time you call to follow up, because nobody cares to advise you of anything, they have different stories of what is going on and why you can't be refunded. It seems they don't have stable procedures and every time you call, you have the rep. reading the screen but doesn't know what it means. Essentially, they refuse to refund you... I've called 11 times thus far to get my claim refunded. Not sure how they are still in business, but go with SunLife
