Would give 0 stars if it let me. Expect weeks of processing times for a 1-2 day direct deposit withdrawal from a TFSA.
Absolutely horrible service, still waiting 2 months for my claim to be paid out, time to go back to sun life
Impossible to navigate website without going in circles, trying to get a tax form is like trying to decipher the DaVinci code. Website is constantly down too. Waited on customer service line for 30-40 minutes for them to not be able to give me any help because my address didn't match (which is the only address I possibly signed up with.) Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS
Tried calling to move my RRSP, transferred several times and eventually hung up on. Money was not transferred.
This entire company has gone downhill. Does not look after theri policy holders. The call centre cannot answer basic questions. Just awful.
