Run don't walk away from here ! After talking to this women 3 times in 4 months not once did she say she was not taking on new filers! In fact she told us she doesn't make appointments just bring our info in and she would do our taxes. After we took a half day off to go there she looked up from her desk to snipe "I'm not taking on new customers" Sorry. Real professional!
