Today was my fourth session at Manual Therapy Specialists in Fairfield CT. My provider is Alex Blank. His mastery of these techniques is incredible. He understands how the body works, and when it doesn't work correctly, he teaches you and your body how to make the necessary corrections to heal the pain and prevent it from inhibiting your ability to enjoy your life and move freely! Alexis a brilliant young man, he is sensitive and compassionate. Regardless the extent of your issues, he can help you.
About six weeks ago I saw Cait because of ankle pain that caused me to pause my marathon training. She assessed not only my injury site, but my entire side, stride, overall strength and history to find multiple strength imbalances across my body that was manifesting in my ankle pain. Dr. Cait is a *phenomenal* physical therapist. I worked with her over six months to understand and unravel a complex physical health problem. She gave me the tools and understanding I needed to continue making steady progress outside of clinic. She is a wealth of information and is easy to work with.
