I have been coming here almost daily since April. The staff is caring , empathetic, flexible and make you feel like family. Jessica and Jody that do all the scheduling always go out of their way to work with you and accommodate your schedule. I’ve worked with all 3 therapists, and they all are top notch. MOPT El Cajon was recommended to me by a friend when my former HMO's PT dept decided that continuing physical therapy on my severely injured leg would be a waste of time. MOPT had a more positive approach to dealing with my injury and provided me a lifeline. If you've got the desire & drive to overcome the short or long term challenges you've been dealt with, MOPT El Cajon has got great people to help you.
Our family, young and old, has received outstanding physical therapy from Manual Orthopedics over many years. We have used each of the 3 locations for successful treatment of strains, tears, breaks and post surgical recovery. Their individualized attention to patient needs through hands-on massage, stretching, exercise and strength development is 5 star. I strongly recommend them for all ages.
