I bought this as a gift for my wife and mother in law on Groupon. To schedule, they want a credit card up front online to even make an appointment and say "don't be late, you won't be double charged." When they arrived they had to fill out a form about the discount they received and "not taking advantage" and also requested, required? a good tip as "tip is income" and they make "no money" on the Groupon deal.
