Outstanding! We have a 65lb M1, a 2.5lb Dingy anchor, the Tri Color Solar Navigation Light plus multiple other Mantus products. We love them all! We bought the M1 after the name brand anchor that came with our boat pulled and didn’t reset multiple times (with plenty of scope). The M1 has never failed us. It has set quick and reset with wind changes, without fail! Customer service-When we bought our M1, our existing mount/rollers setup wasn’t a good fit. These guys are fantastic. My dive compressor that came with the boat and was having a problem. I called they fit me in immediately. Got me taken care of and didn't even charge me. Thanks a bunch.
I just to express my gratitude to Phillip and his team at Mantis. We damaged our anchor during recovery and they replaced it in a timely matter even though it was our misfortune. Again, we were extremely elated when they informed us that they would replace our 4 yo anchor. We live aboard and never have lost sleep because these tremendous Mantis extreme anchoring power. So I have 2 of the solar charging dinghy lights they are used multiple times a day in an ocean environment in south Florida. Not sure why but the solar charging stopped working. Emailed Mantus and asked about the warranty process and was 100% blown away by the response. No questions asked they are sending me 2 new lights and a return shipping label for the damaged lights so they can find out why they stopped working, That is why i give them 5 stars for an item that stopped working and will continue to buy products from them ... read more
