Do yourself a huge favor and book a massage here if you’re in the Highlands-Cashiers area. One of the best massages I’ve ever had, and the space is amazing. Cozy and relaxing and includes all the small details that make such a big difference - soft sheets, warm table, hot towels, calming music, therapeutic scents… Leila did my 90 minute massage and I can’t wait to book with her again.

I had a great experience at Mantra Integrative Spa. Location is conveniently - in the center of Cashiers - and there’s a relaxing “ZEN spa” feel as soon as you walk in the door. Tim O’Brien is a skilled massage therapist and did wonders helping relieve pain from a recurring injury. It’s no wonder they were so highly recommended!
