I have had their curtains for more than 3 years now and the plastic chemical smell is still so strong especially in summer or hot days when the blockout curtains facing north get hot (here is the reference so you don’t choose the same poisonous curtains WCAA care label 6w by Warwick fabrics). I am really happy with our Mansours curtains. Natalie listened to what I was trying to achieve, gave excellent advice, and the turnaround and installation was fast, and the beautiful result surpassed what I had imagined. Would definitely use Mansours again.

Unfortunately, a venetian blind installed by Mansours in Aug 2022, has continually snapped or loosened cables. For the past month I have left numerous emails and phone messages with reception and on voicemail for Adrianne (customer service) with no response. Extremely disappointing after sales service.
I went with Mansours as I thought they were premium curtain retailers. The designers who I spoke to and visited were super helpful and knew their stuff/ gave good advice on colours but the rest of the experience was not one I want to repeat. Failure in all other aspects from failing to turn up to the first home visit to letting me order curtains that were too heavy for my crumbling Annandale walls and confirming the curtains were in stock to then it taking 6 months to have them delivered was well below expectations for such ... read more
