I really enjoy going to Susan for my taxes. She is friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend her services.
Susan and Paul were great the previous 2-3years we used them for our taxes but this year they have been really difficult to work with. Not receptive to emails and not updating us on if our taxes have been filled or not. Pretty frustrating.
I have used the manskers for previous years filling between my LLC and taxes but after this tax season. I will probably be moving my business elsewhere. They were kind people but I received no confirmation on my taxes this year being completed, no confirmation on if my LLC was/ is renewed. Also I wanted them to file my SETC credit for me and at this point am in the dark on that too if it was filed or not. I have tried their contact form, phone number, email, and even through my bookkeeper who is fantastic that they recommend... read more
