Very disappointed with the services provided or should I say lack there of. Took my money, had me approve court documents to submit and unless I chased him he never followed up. Now nothing. I have read he has been suspended. I have found he had offices in Hamilton, Ingersoll and now Brantford. After reading all the stories of others being taken advantage of I have decided to file a fraud claim with the police. Martin was great to work with in my first file. I paid him for two additional files, that were very cut and dry, instead of telling me he couldn't attend court or sign documents because he was suspended he threw me under the bus having me sign an n11 with not even enough cash for keys to move. Then completely disappearing, still owing me a file that never got filed and funds never returned. The worst possible paralegal you could hire. Zero communication. Disappeared with our money. Doesn't respond to calls our emails. Suspended in LSO on the day of our hearing for administrative issues. Even when he showed up to the first part of our hearing he was unorganized, incoherent and incapable of adequately presenting an argument. Every single person that was harmed should report this terrible paralegal to the Law Society of Ontario.
The worst. Took his money - barely any communication, blamed most miscommunications on his "assistant" and recommended I withdrew at the end. Waste of $800 spent on absolutely nothing.
