Love the atmosphere very friendly staff the ambiance is very beautiful
I signed a contract last week. tried the facility out twice before I realized the hours of operation wouldn't work for me. They open and close very late and early on the weekends, then 9pm at night on the weekdays. I wasn't told by signing up for a years contract that I couldn't cancel within seven days. I tried canceling but given the same canned answer by the front desk person and her manager. It honestly surprises me that YMCAs are still in business given their business practices. Having the term "Christian" as part of your name is quite disappointing. For starters, they charge a joining fee which is separate from the membership fee. This is the least of my complaints but worth noting. Second, they make cancellation difficult. It's not possible to cancel via an app, a website, or a phone call. A physical trip has to be taken to the facility to fill out a form.
