Dave Leahey is amazing! My parents referred me to him and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He bent over backwards to get everything that I needed done. I worked with Dave on securing a loan for a new property in Central Vermont and the process couldn't have gone any more smoothly. There were some interesting conditions that had to be met as I was purchasing from an LLC and Dave got me the best possible rate given the current market.
