We moved and needed carpet in the nursery but had limited time, Chris and the whole Mans team had carpet ordered AND installed within a week. We love the whole Mans team and would never consider going anywhere else.
Worst customer service around. Very rude. Take your business somewhere else.
Attitude problem. Stopped here months ago to ask some questions about decks and windows, and they seemed to have an attitude, like our questions were beneath them. Fast forward a few months, we contacted their Installation Division to get a quote for some work. Mentioned the attitude we perceived to the Installation Manager. Person who came to our house had the same attitude, and their estimate was for only one element of our project and their price was laughably high - probably so we wouldn't pick them. I have used Mans for about 24 years.they are helpful and have quality materials. Today I stopped for the first time at the Ann Arbor location. They had just what I needed. They encouraged me to go in the back and familiarize myself with the type of products they keep at the Ann Arbor Location. I was quite impressed not only with what was available there but with the the kindness of all the employees as well.
