One of your drivers almost side swiped me today while they were speeding bobtail into Airdrie from the QE2. Had I not been paying attention and slammed on my horn they wouldn’t have known I was there at all. Thankfully I was paying attention and had space to move over and or I would have been in a much different situation right now.
Took forever to respond to simple questions. Service felt careless from start to finish.
I really expected better. The service was slow, no one followed up, and I was left guessing the whole time.
Very poor communication — I never got updates about my shipment.
