Unfortunately, while traveling, I had my wife contact the office to let them know I was having some challenges getting back to Ottawa in time for my appointment...she left her voicemail at 6pm the night before my appointment which was scheduled for 12pm the next day. They processed a charge of $35 and sent me a receipt and after leaving a message today, I got an email from the admin person stating she has no phone at home to discuss it, but said the notice period needs to be 24 hours...ok, no worries and won't be back but de... read more
