A Hidden Gem- the staff truly cares for the individuals they serve
The Admissions director was friendly very caring and answered all of my questions with satisfaction.
I regret to inform you that this facility is unsanitary, with dirty blinds, broken equipment, and filthy floors. The bathroom trash cans are consistently overflowing. My mother is a resident here, and staff members have been keeping her confined to her bed all day. I recently discovered a bed sore and notified the nurse, who instructed me to inform her when my mother was using the toilet so she could assess the wound. I'm currently here and the in house staff is amazing ! They go out of there way for me sometimes and it doesn't go unnoticed.
