Clients clothes and wheelchair covered in puke. Looked like dried on vomit that's been there awhile. Definitely unsanitary and disgusting. I felt like I needed a shower after just five minutes in this facility.
I'm a current employee of crossroads. I've worked for agency for many years and left to go there. The management team, administration, director of nurses with assistant are amazing. They really make you feel like you're a part of something instead of just a body in a building.
Activities and staff are fun and very nice!
