I've been at Summer Trace for over 2 years and the level of care has fallen off. meds being used from 1 resident for another. Staff go out in groups to smoke when they should be covering their stations. Residents and family members complain about treatment but nothing is being done. Residents being refused Meds if they are an hour past their med time!!.
Great place to live. Good people living hear and working hear.
