It is 89 degrees inside even with fans and a window AC unit. They refuse to reinstall central AC. Half of the units in the building are gutted and in disrepair. There are roaches, wasps and other insects, and the air quality is so poor I wake up unable to breathe, after barely being able to sleep to begin with. There have been a few shootings and an attempted burglary. Do NOT EVER RENT from Deera. The property managers are snarky and condescending and have absolutely zero regard for human life.
Management needs to update building as well as install central air
No AC because they ripped out all the outdoor units. Smoke alarm in some empty unit beeps 24/7. I can’t sleep anymore and feel like my life is in danger. Don’t live here
