Initial dealings with Dave Stevenson were helpful, efficient, understanding and positive , whilst in a difficult situation. Latterly James Grayson came on board to Complete. He was friendly but professional and essential as the buffer between the legal team for the lender and ourselves. Explaining the jargon,process and best way to navigate to conclusion. HIghly recommend to others needing specialist help with mortgage.
