As I drove by there was an elderly man in a wheelchair outside, unattended, when it's 96° degrees outside. He looked like he wasnt doing too good. I tried calling a few times and no one answered.. So much for 24 hour care.
This facility is gorgeous and staff have been wonderful to my mother.
Bad service, I have an aunt in that place, They close the door at night so he doesn't talk And the workers sleeping all night
We cannot thank Manor Lake enough for the gentle, professional care that the staff has served my husband's Mom with.The staff, food, atmosphere is 5-star all the way. From the start of our first meeting they have been nothing but all we could hope for in the care of our loved one. They have gone above and beyond to answer all our questions and whatever concerns we have ever had. We definitely would recommend this facility for your loved one hands down. You will feel the love the moment you step on their welcome mat!!
