The management and staff are attentive and friendly, the community is exceptionally clean, and there’s a wonderful variety of engaging activities.
I would do 0 stars if I could. My aunt was there for 1 month and had to go to the hospital 2 times and I was told she had to move out. She was NOT diagnosed with dementia but they "think" she had it so we were kicked out. Paid the community fee for 1 month of stay (actually at the facility for 2 weeks total) and they refuse to give the fee back after kicking her out. A lady answering my call a mint ago, there im asking if they help assisting people for living and she answering "im not sure" " I don't know" such careless! I swear if face to face chat my wife already punch you in the face .
My mother passed on July16,2025. My father had payed through Aug 1,2025 and we were told not to rush, that there was no hurry. We buried my mom on the 21st and I returned on the 23rd to get more of her things. When I arrived at the front desk I was told to wait that someone needed to speak to me. Jan, she is part of administration came out and told me that she would take me to mom’s furniture. She said that it had been moved to another room.
