I placed a fully refundable $500.00 deposit with sales agent Destiny at the Hamilton Mill location. They waited until the last minute and then declined to accept my wife. I had to scramble to find another assisted living facility. It's been over a month and after numerous emails and phone calls, I can't get them to return my deposit. I visit the community often for work and the community is very clean and orderly. The staff is friendly and most importantly the residents are happy. Keep up the good work Manor Lake.
