Friendly clean and professional staff Great place to live with lots of activities for seniors
We viewed the facility today and found the office persone (Chris) very nice and professional.
The apts. Are not bad. But it has the worst Management . Ms. Cynthia really needs To get some help! She Evicts residents for the Simple fact that she dosent like them.. U Have to work for her in some Way or provide a service For her. My neighbor a 90 year old woman use To cook for not only Her but somtimes her Husband on a regular Basis in order receive Extra benefits...The Lady is totaly insane! Also before u rent , check The building , it has a Pool that she displays But remains lock always Pool table that u can never use.... read more
Front office was extremely rude i called and they said " having a good day at the manor office" i thought it was an answering machine and the front desk lady hanged up. i called again and i confronted her and she very rudely said we couldn't hear anyone. but they could clearly hear me now if you would have not hanged up so quickly!
The front office is rude and very dismissive to delivery and pick up service. On 5 different occasions the office is closed during business hours. Then when you do get someone they act as if you're bothering them.
