Before Covid wasn't too bad actually very acceptable.... Some people who work there are actually caring, but most are very unprofessional and arrogant, who don't care for the residents. Maybe it's a lack of staff wich is directed to operate under the minimum. My mom had two accidents on her legs caused by a staff member, in which had my mom hospitalized and almost had her leg amputated. To make things worse, no verbal nor written apologies.
