Absolutely terrible company to deal with spent more than $38,000 on air con, solar and sonnen battery. The system was faulty from week one calls for service took up to 12 weeks to get a response (return call). They didn't know what was wrong and still haven't told us what the problem was (seems like a faulty install) had 4 call outs for the same fault and took MORE THAN 3 YEARS to rectify the problem (on one callout the electrician advised the blackout back up was connected wrongly and not working, we assume the original iss... read more
