Thanks to Jeff at Salisbury Mannix for his professionalism and prompt service. I Went in to the store and was approached by a smiling Jeff to talk about a split system. After a little discussion about my requirements and size of my area I wanted air conditioned, I went with a Panasonic 7kw model. He came to inspect my property and done the deal. Am surprised at some of the poor reviews relating to the Salisbury store, unlike a certain business at Smithfield I am still waiting to hear from after 3 months. I originally dealt with Jeff, in relation to an air-conditioning and a solar system installation. The process lapsed for 5 weeks as life intruded. Revisited Jeff, updated my quotes and signed off. The unit wasn't installed as requested and discussed with the Sales Rep. Installation was done by Contractors and when the location of the unit was questioned we were told that "this is where it needs to go". Why would we want to install a unit that is so far down the wall and protrudes so much that it is now a hazard to drive our car into the carport? I recently purchased and had installed a Fujitsu split system, through Mannix at Salisbury. George was very helpful when he visited to do the quote. His many years of experience were reflected in his follow - up email, which was informative and clear, making it easier to decide which unit to purchase. The installation of the new unit went went well. I would certainly recommend Mannix at Salisbury for any potential customers.
