This is now the 21st time (owner clearly can't count) that google has confirmed that the owner has violated terms of service by replying and making false claims. Whether or not someone has been employed at a business, it does not prevent them from leaving a review as a customer or member of the public. Labelling anyone as an employee (especially when they have been a customer/courier/offsider to an a/c mechanic for 16 years) undermines the integrity of public reviews. Any replies attempting to label someone as a former employee in google reviews is a clear violation of the terms of service and will be deleted. The owner, replying to every single review and denying his own and his business' actions, is delusional and shows how he only wants to be right and that the reviewer should be at fault or should accept poor service. Responses from the owner demonstrate the constant "blame game" where management will deny their mistakes and be dishonest about their ability to help or change. I have been a customer and visitor to Mannix for the last 16 years. Recently, I have had some extremely poor experiences with management and team leaders. I was reguarly insulted and humiliated by staff and sub-contractors that went out of their way to do so, as no interaction with them was necessary.
