Amazing service from beginning to end!!! I had been dealing with Grant for my installation in my new build and he always replied to my emails promptly, which is very rare at the moment. Chose Mannix to supply and install an air conditioner on recommendation from family. This week I had a Bonaire split system installed in my home; their salespeople are very helpful and were willing to work out the best possible outcome for my budget. Split system was installed, only to find the indoor unit had a major fault from factory; Grant was very prompt at rectifying the situation under warranty and I had this indoor unit replaced within 3 days.
