I’m never coming back here again. Service over the phone and by the ladies from reception was nice but the female Dr was just terrible, I had to get a physical check as I was 6 weeks pp and she didn’t want to check me, I told her “I have to get check thats the whole reason why I came here and thats the whole reason for my 6 week postpartum appointment ”I also went for my baby to get her 6week vaccines, she seemed annoyed at my baby due to her crying during the appointment and also she told me “im not doing any check up on yo... read more

The girls on reception, Mairead, Practice Manager Emma and new addition Ana are nothing but helpful and supportive. They do all they can to squeeze us in, especially our kids. Dr Arubai was the doctor that diagnosed our daughter with a condition that could have potentially comatosed her. I am forever grateful to the support and care the Doctors and front staff other us. Dr Al Mahdi even buys Pies from our small business!! The best!!

It seems like from patients in need of care and kindness we've become customers who are not always right any more. Not only did the doctor decide to split up my consultations for different conditions, which I could understand, but I find very inconvenient as I could lose income due to my on call work on top of paying for the consultations, I was also told I needed a second appointment to get the outstanding prescription from my previous recent one.
