We met with Ms Mouratides and she was very nice. She was knowledgeable to our situation and offered several options. I feel so much more relieved since I spoke to her. She took the time to explain to us in terms that we understand. Very pleasant individual
They know nothing about communication. I had to reach out to them all the time, they only called me once or twice. They did little to "keep me in the loop". 8 out of 10 conversations were initiated by me. I did get the results I wanted but it was like pulling teeth and took a few months longer than anticipated. Little to no communication from them to me.
