The paralegal 'Nicole' played gatekeeper and in our brief tug of war she decided it was not worth the lawyer's time, and denied me the opportunity to speak to the lawyer. So she's playing two roles as lawyer (the actual one with the legal expertise) and the paralegal, when she should only be playing one, the paralegal, and leaving the legal expertise up to the person who trained and went to law school for it. I do not recommend.
