I have been dealing with Manning regarding real estate and the experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication is very poor — emails and phone calls go unanswered, and I still cannot get a clear signing date scheduled. The constant excuses about being short-staffed come across as unprofessional. If you accept the work, it should be managed properly, either by staffing adequately or putting in the hours required, not leaving clients waiting.
Great experience, hassle free work, on time and punctual. John explained everything pretty well, me and my wife really like to thank him. Also, shoutout to Rachel for coordinating everything. Highly recommended.
Very negative experience indeed. Lawyer would not return my calls and emails over two weeks. Proceeded without instructions and presented me with a surprise bill at the end...
Went in for a notary and realized I lost part of my form. He was able and willing to re-print it for me and got it all sorted!
