Requested a tax transcript through them and to review my 2023 tax return. They charged me $2,200 for 20 minutes work and took 8 months to get it done. Insanely slow and expensive. Also poor communication.
Reached out to them about services awhile ago and they were unresponsive and never responded to my service email request. Usually when services are unresponsive its a sign of poor business etiquette and their services are probably sub par.
Manning and Associates have been my personal CPAs for many years. The whole staff makes sure that my needs are taken care of. I appreciate working with people that I consider my friends as well as being my professional advisors.
