Honestly, AMAZING! I was so unsure when I joined. My hubby pushed me because I was wanted to find myself again after kids and boost my health and fitness. I've never felt so much enjoyment walking into a group fitness class. I live 20 minutes away, but the drive to Guildford is beautiful, the town is beautiful, the energy of every class is calming, grounded, everything I need it to be. I will be at Manna for a long time.
