Such a beautiful space! The team are all so welcoming, engaging and encouraging. A lovely community environment, great for all experience levels.
Manna is such a warm inviting studio to workout with. They have different difficulties between each instructor, and have loved finding the class that works for me. Definitely worth a try!!
Trying Pilates for the first time was one of the best decisions I’ve made. If you’re looking for a workout that energises both body and mind, leaves you feeling light (not bloated!), and gives an instant energy boost, I highly recommend giving Pilates a try. The good environment and incredible instructor made the experience even better. You just might walk out feeling as excited and empowered as I do!
