Manna Wellness is a haven. I feel calm as soon as I walk in. Always greeted by the instructor who always checks for injury and will work to accomodate without drawing attention to you during class. Classes are great! Push you to extend yourself but allow the freedom without judgement if you need to rest or pull back a little. The environment is lovely. Always clean and calm. I love the vibe, and the classes challenge you without making you feel intimidated. The instructors are there to help you rather than judge you.
I have just begun to go to Manna Wellness and attended only one introductory session. But in that short time I have felt very welcomed and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and informative and I just know that I’m going to enjoy myself and benefit a lot from every time I attend. Thank you, everyone at Manna Wellness 💝
