We had a closing completed by this agency and the service was less than mediocre. They are not available when you need them most and the stress they placed on us was absolutely unnecessary given that the task they needed to perform only took them a few minutes. Being overwhelmed by work and lack of time is not a good excuse for treating clients poorly. They should only take on as much work as they can handle. Greed is unexcusable.
