Unless you're a high ranking official or politician or something don't bother with these people. I went to their office, explained my case and was told that someone would contact me within a couple of days. Ok, no problem. Couple of days go by, nothing. I call, leave a message. Two more days go by (and this isn't counting the weekend) still nothing. I call a second time, leave a second message, still no response. If they don't want to take my case that would be fine but they don't even have the courtesy to tell you so. Lame ... read more
