I will never purchase bees again from Mann Lake. I ordered two packages of Italian bees. When I received both packages, one package was dead within three days. The other package thrived. When I called to make my complaint, the “customer service representative“ was speaking over me and stated there was nothing they can do remedy my concern. Poor customer service. Waiting all day yesterday for my Queen bee. Misplaced my order. Called this morning, someone out of office, no other help. This was very simple order, be careful to do business with this company.
