Placed order on Sunday, cancelled on Monday. Product ordered wasn't available until the end of August and they still charged $10 cancellation fee. That's poor business. Won't ever purchase from them again. I know it is only $10, but seriously.
I had ordered a bee suit that was much too large for me. I called and talked with a staff member to clarify how their sizes differ. Realizing we were the same height, she went back to the warehouse, tried on a particular size, and then reported back to me how it fit! Great customer service.
