This is a bad review I'm posting on behalf of my elderly grandfather who is not very tech savvy. On his first order, half the bees were dead. They did send a package replacement but the queen died one month later. Not sure if it's because she was mishandled upon packaging or not. She wouldn't lay any eggs. They wouldn't do anything further to help him. My grandfather has been working with bees for 45 years. He only used to use Brushy Mountain before Mann bought them out. So disappointed in this company.
